Our firm's philosophy is to ensure that clients receive prompt and
personalized attention from our partners and staff. We are of the
opinion that this philosophy, together with our commitment to provide
professional services of the highest quality, will meet the performance

Masuda Munro believes that it is uniquely qualified to serve your needs. Our belief is based on the following strengths:
- We posses the wide range of skills necessary to carry out the services you require in a timely and comprehensive manner.
- Our firm is large enough to efficiently handle the
complexity of your organization, but not so large that personalized,
quality service is ever compromised.
- We have no conflict of interest as we are independent of all parties.
- One partner is a resident of Strathcona County and the other is a resident of Edmonton. Both are active volunteers.
- Our office is located in the Tailor Made Business Center in Sherwood Park. Being of close proximity would enhance the efficiency and promptness of our professional services.

demonstrates their corporate citizenship in Strathcona County through
sponsorship and participation in numerous charitable organizations, and
through our active involvement in the Sherwood Park & District Chamber of Commerce.
- We have a reputation in the community of providing quality
service, which has lead to longterm professional relationships with our
clients.

healthy business climate in the area.

- We are a training firm for future CA's. this helps us attract the high quality staff that makes
us successful. In the past years we have successfully passed four new Chartered Accountants.
- Currently our staff consists of one secretary, one full-time bookkeeper/ office manager, two staff CA's
one CGA student/technician, one CA students/technicians, and one accounting technician.
Masuda Munro has had little staff turnover in the last several years. Masuda Munro expects little to no
turnover in the next two years. This provides continuity to our clients.
- We have strategic alliances with several other professionals including tax lawyers, financial planners,
insurance agents and financial institutions. This allows us to work as a cohesive team for the best interests of our
clients. We advocate working closely with other professionals in your team.
